SERVICES AND FEES
The following services are provided by Harmony Supervised Visits. Please call for pricing and additional report fees.

INTAKE INTERVIEW
The procedures for intake include separate interviews with both the custodial and non-custodial parents before the first visit. During the interview, the provider will obtain identifying information and complete a signed agreement with both parties.

OFF-SITE SUPERVISED VISITATION
An off-site supervised visitation is contact between a non-custodial party and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person at a location acceptable to the court order and both parents. Some examples of visitation locations are parks, shopping malls or libraries.

SUPERVISED EXCHANGE
A Supervised exchange with the child(ren) and the custodial parent to the non-custodial parent for the purpose of a non-supervised visit with the child(ren to assure that the two parents exchanging the child(ren) do not come in contact.

TELEPHONE/SKYPE MONITORING
Instead of a face-to-face visitation, if allowed by the court order, the visitation can take place over the phone between the non-custodial parent and their child(ren). The Child Monitor is also on the line to make sure all rules and regulations are followed.

REPORTS
Monitors must keep record for each case, including the following: A written record of each contact and visit; who attended the visit; any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the visitation. Detailed or summary reports are available upon request from a parent, attorney or the courts.

COURT TESTIMONY
Child Monitor will be subpoenaed to appear in court and testify about your case. If the Monitor required to go to court, it is the parent's responsibility to pay for the associated fees. Half-day or full-day fees will apply.
